Haradona’s I Know the Score Picks for this weekend…

WBA 0 – 1 Man Utd
Brunt is back and Berbatov is likely to be rested. United would like to start GW21 with a win to keep a healthy lead and put pressure on the chasing pack.
Liverpool 2 – 0 Bolton
After Liverpool’s long balls were going nowhere, expect them to be more adventurous. Bolton will miss their midfield dynamos Lee and Holden. Historically, Bolton haven’t won at Anfield since 1954.
Man City 3 – 1 Blackpool
Blackpool have been excellent away from home recently, but City are getting even better and Tevez should start.
Stoke City 1 – 0 Everton (Put Insurance)
Pulis is the angrier man and Stoke may just edge this one, based on past performance pattern. On the flip side, this match also has a boring 0-0 written all over it.
Sunderland 1 – 0 Blackburn
Sunderland are due for a win, simply by past performance pattern. Blackburn are losing alternate games lately as well.
Tottenham 2 – 0 Fulham (Put Banker Bonus)`
Expect an easy romp, Fulham are losing every alternate game recently.
West Ham 3 – 2 Wolves
This is a relegation six pointer and very fantasy friendly game. Wolves are poor away from home, never mind their dominance over Liverpool mid-week.
Birmingham 0 – 1 Arsenal
Arsenal’s key guns (RVP, Cesc, Nasri, Walcott) should start and Birmingham’s 16 match unbeaten home run should end.
Chelsea 4 – 0 Villa
The game Chelsea needed at this crisis time to start the year making a fresh statement of intent.
Wigan 1 – 1 Newcastle
If Wigan are to remain in EPL next season, this is the type of game they should not lose. N’Zogbia is out, Caroll is doubtful and Nolan would be back. Newcastle are on a slump at a time when Wigan are stitching a four match unbeaten run.
Have a great 2011!
